I'm a property development consultant specialising in guiding investors and owners through the full development lifecycle — from first site assessment to final sale.
My career in property development began over 15 years ago in the UK, where I worked across residential conversions, new builds, and planning applications before managing my first independent development project.
Over time, I expanded into the USA, Portugal, and France — learning the nuances of each market firsthand: US acquisition structures, Portuguese NHR tax regimes, the French planning system, local contractor networks, and the legal processes that trip up even experienced investors.
Today, I work with a small number of clients at any given time — high-net-worth individuals, expats buying abroad, and investors looking to develop and exit profitably. My role is simple: be the experienced person in the room that you don't have access to otherwise.
I don't take commissions from agents or contractors. My only incentive is your project's success.
